These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33mwm platform and all related services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or playing any game, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account and use services on 33mwm, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- You must be a legally resident citizen of Bangladesh.
- Each individual may operate only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account & Security Policy

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
- Do not use a password that is easy to guess; you are advised to change it regularly.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone; accounts are non-transferable.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.
- For identity verification purposes, 33mwm may request a copy of your national identity card or passport.
- Additional verification processes may apply for large transactions.
If suspicious activity is detected on your account, 33mwm reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account without notice.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
33mwm processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. The following payment methods are supported:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals may be delayed until the transaction is verified.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until verification is complete.
- 33mwm strictly complies with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Transferring funds to any account other than the one registered in the account holder's name is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses & Gaming Rules
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
33mwm offers attractive bonus offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met:
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement: Winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn after completing bets worth 10 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳10,000. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
- Separate rules and expiry periods apply to each promotional offer.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- 33mwm reserves the right to cancel bonuses if suspicious activity is detected.
- Bonus benefits apply only to real-money play; bonuses cannot be earned using bonuses.
- Weekly cashback benefits are available across the different tiers of the VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond).
Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
All games on the 33mwm platform are operated fairly and transparently. We follow SSL encryption and fair play policies:
- Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Players are strictly prohibited from using fraudulent strategies or software.
- Transactions affected by a technical error may be cancelled.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

- 33mwm will not be held liable for losses caused by server downtime or network issues.

Prohibited Activities & Account Policy
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mwm platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Attempting to engage in money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Playing games using automated bots or unauthorised software.
- Allowing minors to use an account or operating an account on their behalf.
- Exploiting technical errors in the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
33mwm reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of any clause of these Terms is found.
- If documentation requested for identity verification is not submitted.
- In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
- Upon a court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.
- If you yourself request self-exclusion or the setting of limits.
Upon account closure, balances not related to a breach of rules will be returned; however, balances connected to prohibited activities may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
33mwm's liability for any financial loss or other damages arising from use of the 33mwm platform will be limited to the following:
- Losses proven to be the direct result of our own negligence.

- We are not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
